Products can be returned within 20 days of delivery. The window starts from the date received, not the date of purchase. Returns after 20 days are not accepted under standard policy.
If your order is delayed by customs or carrier, contact us immediately to discuss your situation before the window closes.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending anything back. Items returned without a RAN will not be processed.
Step 1: Email easternautomotiveco@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Step 2: We confirm eligibility and issue a RAN within 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship to the address in the RAN email. Write the RAN clearly on the outside.
Step 4: We inspect the item and process your refund within 7–10 business days of approval.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defect, or damage during original transit). In that case, we provide a prepaid return label.
Use a tracked and insured method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us with your order number and RAN.
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Late notifications may not be eligible.
