Under our standard 20-day return policy, contact us within 20 days of delivery to request a return. Eligibility depends on the reason for return, the destination, and applicable law, as well as the item and its condition.
This standard process does not reduce any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or shortened.
We review whether the item is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and returned with its included parts and packaging. Used, installed, altered, incomplete, or customer-damaged items may not qualify for a standard voluntary return.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are reviewed separately, and applicable legal rights continue to apply.

Responsibility for return shipping and its cost depends on the return reason, destination, and applicable law. We confirm the arrangement when the request is reviewed.
If you are asked to arrange shipping, use the instructed service and keep the receipt and tracking information until the return is complete.
After the item is received and inspected, we confirm the outcome. If a refund is approved, it is submitted to the original payment method.
The payment provider controls how long an approved refund takes to appear. The amount and treatment of shipping charges depend on the return reason and applicable law.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the item and packaging, and do not install, modify, or discard anything while the issue is being reviewed.
Send the order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the appropriate resolution for that order.
The standard voluntary return may not apply to items used, installed, modified, painted, cut, drilled, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete. It may also not apply when the request is made after the 20-day window or the item is sent without the correct instructions.
These conditions do not remove remedies or return rights that must remain available under applicable law.
