Standard orders: cancel within 36 hours of placement.
Custom/personalized orders: cancel within 24 hours of placement. After this, production may have started.
To cancel, email easternautomotiveco@gmail.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject.
To customize a standard product, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, the standard version proceeds to production.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control. Eastern Automotive is not liable for such delays.

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback until the stated delivery timeline has fully expired. Premature chargebacks may be contested with evidence of fulfillment in progress.
