Website availability may be interrupted for maintenance, faults, security, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Review the complete product page, current images, dimensions, material, finish, included items, variations, and safety or installation notes before ordering. Natural materials, lighting, screens, manufacturing, and vehicle condition can affect appearance or application.

A product image may include a vehicle, luggage, tools, or other display items that are not included unless the listing expressly identifies them.

If a measurement, supplied component, finish, option, or application is unclear, contact Eastern Automotive before ordering. Keep the product link and any written clarification with the order confirmation so the selected option and the information used for the decision can be checked later.

Vehicle model, year, body configuration, engine, electrical voltage, dimensions, mounting points, existing components, and earlier modifications can affect suitability. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and selecting the confirmed product option.

Eastern Automotive can help interpret the listed application but does not assume that every classic Volkswagen remains in its original configuration. Use a qualified installer when the work requires professional knowledge or safety-critical inspection.

Product prices, options, and availability may change before an order is accepted. The selected option and price recorded in the order confirmation apply to that order, subject to validation and successful payment.

If a material pricing, option, or availability error is identified, Eastern Automotive will contact the customer before proceeding. If the affected order cannot be accepted, any collected payment is returned through the applicable method.

Before placing an order, review the product, selected variation, add-ons, quantity, billing and delivery information, shipping result, and final total. An automated acknowledgement records the submitted order but does not correct inaccurate customer or product information.

Contact Eastern Automotive immediately to request a change or cancellation. Whether it can be made depends on the order stage, including whether manufacturing, customization, documentation, or dispatch has begun.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. After the customer places the order, the card-entry step opens on a secure hosted payment page. An order is not treated as paid unless payment succeeds and the store receives confirmation.

Do not send complete card details through contact, email, or support chat. Refunds and payment disputes are handled according to the order circumstances, published policies, provider process, and applicable law.

Shipping coverage, charges, manufacturing time, dispatch, carrier transit, customs, and tracking depend on the product and destination. All published timeframes are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise for the order.

Read the Shipping information before ordering. The Shipping page contains the current standard dispatch and transit estimates and the process for delivery problems.

The standard policy provides a 20-day return-request window for eligible items. Eligibility, return shipping, inspection, refund timing, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items are handled under the Returns and refunds policy.

Contact Eastern Automotive and wait for the confirmed address and instructions before sending an item back.

Unless stated otherwise, website text, images, graphics, and design are owned by or licensed to Eastern Automotive. Third-party names, vehicle names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Do not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without permission except where personal use or another use is permitted by applicable law.

Do not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, attack or overload the service, bypass access or rate controls, interfere with another customer, probe private systems, copy protected content at scale, or disrupt orders, support, analytics, or payment functions.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, providers, or legal obligations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, a remedy, or a consumer right where doing so would be unlawful. Other responsibility is determined by the order circumstances and the law that applies.

Customers must use products appropriately, follow supplied instructions, obtain qualified installation where necessary, and stop using an item or vehicle when a safety concern is identified.

These terms may be updated when products, operations, providers, policies, or legal requirements change. A substantive update changes the published modification date.

The terms applicable to an order are interpreted with the order confirmation, policies, and mandatory law relevant to that order.
