We offer a 20-day, no-questions-asked money-back return policy to our customers, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 20 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or modification will not be accepted.
Return Authorization
- A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required before sending any item back.
- To obtain a RAN, please email your order number and refund request to:
wajeehassan@easternautomotive.co - Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization Number may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Please clearly mention the Return Authorization Number on the parcel.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping or courier costs.
- We do not cover the cost of return postage unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, installed, damaged, or modified items
- Custom-made or special-order products
- Items returned without original packaging or authorization
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged on arrival.
- Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
